- Must have experience operating equipment
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Must have a (mostly) clean driving record
- Must be experienced pulling trailers
- CDL desired but not required
- Wage DOE

- Must have excellent communication, Human Relations, and leadership skills
- Must believe and act on the belief that the best way to lead is by example
